Refund & Returns Policy (STEADFAST)

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to STEADFAST and its related websites, including https://course.be-steadfast.org.

1. Digital Products (No Returns)

STEADFAST sells digital products (online courses and downloadable educational content). Because these products are digital and access is instant, returns are not possible once access details have been sent to you. All sales are final unless a specific exception applies (see below).

2. Course Access Period (12 Months)

Important: When you purchase a course, you are purchasing a license to access the content for a limited time, not forever.

  • Duration: Access to course materials is valid for 12 months (365 days) starting from the date of activation/purchase.
  • Expiration: After 12 months, your access to the course content, videos, and quizzes will automatically expire.
  • Renewals: If you wish to continue accessing the content after one year, you may need to purchase a renewal or a new license at the current price.

3. Refund Policy (No Refunds by Default)

Refunds are not provided for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind.
  • Finding the course too difficult or not “useful” for your specific personal needs.
  • Not using the course within the 12-month access window.
  • Purchasing by mistake but already accessing the content.

4. Refund Exceptions

A refund may be considered only in these limited cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the same order.
  • Non-Delivery: You paid but never received your login details or course access, and we could not fix the issue within 96 hours.
  • Unauthorized Transaction: A proven case of card/account misuse (subject to evidence review).
  • Legal Requirement: If a refund is mandatorily required by Cambodian consumer protection laws.

5. How to Request Support

If you have a billing issue, please email hello@be-steadfast.org with the subject line: “Refund Request”.

  • Include your Order Number, Full Name, and Date of Purchase.
  • We will review your request and respond within a few business days.

6. Account Termination & Anti-Piracy

Your course access is for your personal use only. You may not share your login details with others.

  • Monitoring: We monitor account activity (e.g., simultaneous logins from different countries).
  • Violation: If we detect account sharing or piracy (illegal downloading/distributing of our videos), we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately without refund.

7. Service Interruptions

We strive to keep our course platform online 24/7. However, occasionally the website may be down for scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues.

  • No Refunds for Downtime: Temporary access issues (lasting less than 48 hours) do not qualify for a refund.

8. Currency & Exchange Rates

  • Base Currency: All course prices are set in US Dollars (USD).
  • Exchange Rates: If you pay using a non-USD currency (via your bank or ABA Pay), your bank will determine the exchange rate. We are not responsible for any difference in the final amount charged due to currency conversion rates or bank fees.

9. Governing Law

This policy and any disputes related to your purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
